Dropbox hack leads to 68 million passwords dumped online


If you created a Dropbox account before mid-2012, you may be receiving an email from Dropbox letting you know that you need to change your password. An apparent hack that took place in 2012 may have compromised several users’ accounts. At this point, Dropbox is stating that this is a preventative measure, as there has been no indication that accounts have been improperly accessed.
