“I look at cybersecurity the way I might look at a public health issue, traffic safety or other kinds of broad or universal society safety issues,” Michael Kaiser, executive director of the National Cyber Security Alliance said. “We think about how you help people create these good or better habits over time. Part of that is just repetition… The hope is… that the average person won’t have to worry about all the technical details in the future. Researchers want ensuring safety online to be as simple as clicking a seat belt.”
